2017= Time to be Uncomfortable!

The main reason people struggle to uphold their new year's resolutions is due to the fact that most people are not TRAINED or haven't learned yet how to BE UNCOMFORTABLE.  That might sound strange to some, but what psychological theories have proposed for many years is now what research is illustrating through advances brain imaging....in order to prevent complacency, mood shifting, lack of motivation, overall dissatisfaction with life, one just needs to find a way to keep the brain stimulated through trying new things AND working through discomfort in doing the new things.
